1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph11j ("ph11j," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ph11j online gaming platform available at ph11j.net and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on ph11j, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

ph11j operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the ph11j Platform. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online casino and sports betting operations in the Philippines. ph11j strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

2.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the ph11j Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ph11j does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register only one (1) account on ph11j. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. ph11j reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. ph11j may suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.

2.5 KYC Verification. ph11j is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph11j login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.

3.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your ph11j account, whether or not authorized by you. ph11j will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ph11j customer support immediately via live chat. ph11j may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

3.4 ph11j staff will never ask for your password. Any communication purporting to be from ph11j that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph11j accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph11j does not accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or third-party payment processors not listed on the Platform.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

4.3 Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. ph11j does not accept deposits from third parties. Any funds received from a third-party source may be confiscated and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours depending on the receiving bank. ph11j is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ph11j reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 ph11j may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

5.2 Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

5.3 ph11j reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be exploited for commercial gain.

5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms — will result in the cancellation of bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 All games available on ph11j are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

6.2 ph11j uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, ph11j reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. ph11j is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.4 ph11j reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of manipulation, exploitation of a software error, or any other form of unfair play.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph11j Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in poker, bingo, or any multiplayer game format.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the ph11j Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or have been self-excluded from ph11j or any other PAGCOR-licensed platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Impersonating another player, ph11j staff member, or any other individual.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gaming.

ph11j cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and Philippine law enforcement authorities in the investigation of any suspected prohibited activity. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph11j Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of ph11j or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ph11j content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph11j shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

9.2 ph11j's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 ph11j does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on your own devices.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

10.1 ph11j is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 ph11j reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; (d) a request from PAGCOR or any competent regulatory or law enforcement authority; or (e) any other reason ph11j deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

11.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, ph11j reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, verified balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.3 You may close your ph11j account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

ph11j collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy. 13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ph11j reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the ph11j Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
